I get up every morning and praise God that I have
another day to work in His kingdom. But it certainly
wasn't always that way!
At 18 years of age, I had chronic fatigue so bad
that I had to have a nap every day. And it wasn't
because I was partying all night! It was because
I just couldn't seem to get through the day.
As years went by, I felt tired all the time.
I knew something had to change so I began
hanging out at the library (no internet in the
'old days')! I got every book I could that might
offer some clue as to why I was always so tired.
Then I went to a seminar with Dr. John Christopher,
a master herbalist. Just the way he spoke, carried
himself, his passion... I don't know exactly what
it was but I believed what he said. I knew that I
knew that there was something this man was saying
that was rock bottom truth.
His big kick then was that constipation was one
of the main issues why people were sick.
I rarely had a bowel movement more than once a
week at that time, but I didn't make any connection
until he started to explain how important it was
to go at least everyday, preferably after each meal.
I learned years later that all the emotional stress
I was experiencing went right to my stomach and
bowels. I would tighten up in my stomach area whenever
I took a test ... was in an argument...or experiencing
any stress at all.
So I started using Dr. Christopher's herbs, which
helped a great deal to get my bowels regulated. But
if I stopped taking the herbs, the problem would
still be there.
I also noticed that when I went hiking, camping,
traveling, I had regular bowel movements. Why?
Because I was more relaxed!
As I learned over the years how to take care of
my chronic constipation issues, I had tons more
energy! Could there really be a connection?
I sure have found out that there is.
Now, years later, I know that herbs, eating in a
relaxed environment, dealing with stress differently,
all make a huge difference in my energy level.
Now, at 50 years of age, I feel I can tackle bigger
projects because of my increased energy level.
Here's to the next 50 years!
Until next time,
Judy

Dani Johnson had a Heart Attack!
I just got through reading Dani Johnson's book,
'Spirit Driven Success' and was impressed with
her passion, enthusiasm, and zest for life.
But she had it tough for many of those years.
At one point of her life, she said,
"I had a heart attack at 24, a nervous
breakdown at 25, and a fatal heart
condition at 30". (p 175)
Wow!
Talk about a physical wreck!
And this was when she was a millionaire!
Was it worth it?
She even goes on to say that those health
conditions were a result of the consequences
from her lifestyle.
Listen folks, making money is great. No
argument there. But not to the deteriment
of your health! All the money in the world
is not worth it if you end up in the hospital
with tubes up your nose, arms, etc.
Dani does go on to say that she had to learn
how to be obedient to God's ways to regain
her health.
When you are in alignment with God's ways,
you have peace.
You have your health.
You're blessed.
Get your focus right by taking the time
to learn what you need to do for your health.
God wants you well so you can work in His
kingdom. You were created for that very
purpose.
Spend time with Him to learn what it takes.
