Is Detox Cleansing the Best Way to Health?

I often get people asking me about what is the
most effective way to detox.

In school, we were all taught the value of
detoxing and I figured to be healthy you have
to 'clean house' and get rid of the toxins.

Makes sense right?

But when I opened my first clinic and saw lots
of very, very toxic people walk into my doors,
I thought I had hit pay dirt!

All I have to do is clean them out and they'll
feel healthy! No problem! Easy!

Until...
they started throwing up...
having diarrhea....
passing out....

Oh-oh! I think this is not working!

Die hard natural health professionals will still
say that the vomiting, diarrhea are just ways for
the body to detox. It's necessary in order to be well.

I just don't agree anymore!

I think that when the body is stronger, the
effects of getting rid of the poisons is not
so stressful to the body.

After all, who needs more stress???

So I've since switched my thinking over the
years. I believe that by de-stressing the body
and giving the body super condensed nutrients
in small amounts, it gives the body what it needs
to get ready for the detoxification process.

And it works!

No more vomiting - diarrhea - passing out!
Well ok, sometimes there are those who have
a bit of these symptoms if they are super toxic. But
not for 90% of the people I work with!

My encouragement to you is to work super
hard on de-stressing your body....
~ more restful sleep
~ eating 3 solid nourishing meals daily
~ being in a great work environment
~ having a healthy relationship or two
~ avoiding worrisome situations
~ doing activities that replenish your attitude
etc

Once the de-stressing process is a habit for
the most part, the next step is to get the
nutrients into your body.
greens, nourishing soups, juices, etc

Once you're feeling stronger, that's the
time to detox!

I know when I've turned this around in my
life and with others in my clinic, the
detox was actually much more effective!

Think about it and let me know what you think.
Great health always,
Dr. Judy
