Have you read ALL the side effects of the
medications you're taking?? If not, why not?
The next time you're near any pharmacy, just
ask them to print out the list of side effects
of the meds you or your loved ones are on.
If you're not shocked at the side effects list,
then you're not really in tune with what's
going on. Let's get you up to speed...
I believe that all meds will cause harmful
side effects. From destroying your liver,
to persistent coughs, they destroy your body.
Personally, I'm into healing the body.
I'm into feeling great without meds.
I'm into giving YOU the tools to live a
life free of disease!
Ok, back to reality.
Most people believe that at some point in
their life they have to be on meds.
I just can't see it.
Why not use food as your medicine?
What about using God given herbs?
More and more, people are frustrated
that their medications are not working,
but then they're confused about what can
work for them to heal them.
Here's the secret:
=> if the herb is not pure herb, then it
can be just as bad as a medication!
If the supplement is not 100% food based,
it's not going to be assimilated by your
body.
There was a woman who came in to see me last
week and told me that anytime she took a
supplement with magnesium stearate, she would
swell up like a ballon. What is magnesium
stearate?
University of Texas Health Science Center and the East Carolina University School of Medicine reveal that these toxic excipients cause a rapid collapse of T-cell membrane function and cell death; therefore suppressing the immune system. (Immunology, 1990, Jul.)
Over 90% of supplements contain magnesium stearate
or stearic acid - which is type of salt and commonly
used as a filler.
Read your labels folks!
Replacing supplements for meds is not always the best
solution. The best is to slowly, slowly wean yourself
of meds, with the help of your doc (if they're open to
it, if not find another doc!). Then do lots of juicing
and eating of greens that will give your body the
tools it needs to heals from natural sources!
Until next time,
Judy
